LABYRINTH WALK – Trinity Covenant Episcopal Church will celebrate the first day of spring at noon on March 21 with a Welcome Spring Maze Walk. The ritual walk will include prayers, scripture readings, meditation and poetry. The outdoor maze is in the churchyard at 1200 S. Union Ave. The event is open to the public. SCRAPBOOK FUNDRAISING – Area crafters are invited to a nine-hour fundraiser for scrapbooking and cardmaking from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 12 at Grace United Church of Christ in Uniontown. Registration is compulsory and the number of places is limited. The $25 per person registration fee includes an 8-foot table per person for nine hours, snacks throughout the day, a sandwich and salad bar lunch, hourly door prize draws, l using Cricut and Sizzix die-cutting and Cuttlebug embossing machines, Over 100 dies and various stencils. Helpers will be available at 8:30 a.m. when the doors open to unload your vehicle and move your supplies to your table. To register, call Sandie Sourwine at 330-472-6369. The event also includes a raffle for a variety of prize baskets. Raffle ticket holders do not need to be present to win prizes. Raffle tickets are $1 each, or six for $5, and can be purchased throughout the event. Grace UCC is at 13275 Cleveland Ave., a quarter mile north of the intersection with Route 619, directly across from Lake Elementary School.
