Fans of Downton Abbey and Death in Paradise may have spotted an actor who appeared on both shows on the small screen.
English actress Zoe Boyle appeared in the popular Downton Abbey television series in 2011.
She played Lavinia Swire, the fiancee of Matthew Crawley, and it was a defining role for the 32-year-old.

Downton Abbey devotees will remember the character alongside her future husband as he served in World War I and was temporarily paralyzed, before dying in Downton of the Spanish flu.
Previously, Zoe played Trinity Ashby in Sons of Anarchy in 2010.
Zoe then swapped the setting at Highclere Castle in Hampshire for the beach when she starred in Death in Paradise season seven episode six, titled Meditated in Murder.
In the episode, Zoe plays Cressida Friend, the victim’s wife – the owner of a spiritual retreat – who is one of the prime suspects in her death.
Fans of the show, shot on the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, will be delighted to learn that the program returns for an 11th series in January 2022.
While a film sequel to the hit drama will be released in March of next year.

She also starred in the BBC’s comedy Witless Three, as well as the 2019 American miniseries, Four Weddings and a Funeral – based on the 1994 British film of the same name.
The actress attended the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama at the University of London, where she graduated in 2006.
